Vendor Policies

Rental Fees
The rental fee includes exclusive use of entire facility for the agreed upon time slot. Rates vary depending on the day of the week and time of the year. 

Included in the package: 

​

  • 35 round tables that seat 8 to 10 at a table.

  • 300 white resin folding chairs.

  • 12 bar height tables

  • 18 six foot tables

  • Table linens in white, black or ivory.

  • Setup/Teardown and Clean up

Capacity

Heritage Hall has the space to comfortably accommodate the following guest count for each setup style:

  • Seated Dinner - 300

  • Cocktail Style - 400 (a mix of High top and seated tables)

  •  Theater Style - 500

Vendor Policies

Catering - Heritage Hall has an open catering policy, giving you the flexibility to choose whichever caterer works best for you.

Alcohol - You are welcome to provide your own alcohol for your event, but we do require you to hire bartenders from our exclusive company to serve. All alcohol must be contained in the bar area. Click on Bar Packages for more details.

DJ Services - Heritage Hall has an exclusive agreement with one of Kansas City's Premier DJ companies. Please click here to check out their packages
